Charlotte Style Chili

What's Charlotte style chili anyways? It didn't exist, so we created it.

Ground beef and smoked pork sausage build a rich, meaty base, cooked down with chewy hominy, farro, onions, and a full squad of peppers; poblano, jalapeño, chipotle, bell, and banana give it that perfect mild kick. Crushed tomatoes, carrots, and celery round everything out, giving it that thick, hearty, spoon-standing texture. Finished with melted cheese and green onions for maximum comfort.
