When will my bowl be delivered?
- Deliveries happen on Sunday between 7:00 - 10:00 PM.
Can I pick up instead of delivery?
- Yes! You can pick up your bowl at Fresh Monkee in South End on your schedule, and avoid the delivery.
What if I’m not home?
- No problem. Just click 'Add delivery instruction' at checkout to describe where the bowls should be left (e.g., porch, cooler, front desk, behind a flower pot).
- If no instructions are provided, we may attempt to contact you or leave it in a safe place if possible.
Is the food hot or cold?
- All food is delivered frozen. We cook it fresh, then chill it fast so it stays safe, delicious, and ready when you are.
How do you reheat the bowls?
- For best results, let the bowl thaw in the fridge for ~36 hours. Transfer to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 3 minutes, stirring halfway.
- You can reheat directly from frozen. Microwave at 50% power for 6 minutes, breaking it up and stirring as it warms.
Do you offer subscriptions?
- We do, and you'll save money with an Auto Restock. Just choose how many bowls you'd like with each restock.
- Restocked are delivered once every two weeks, on Sunday evenings.
- Skip or cancel anytime you'd like.
Do you use seed oils in your cooking process?
- Absolutely not. No seed oils, no shortcuts, no compromises.
- Every bowl is made using real ingredients, cooked in stainless steel, and designed to fuel you - not inflame you.
