We stand behind our food. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can request a refund within 3 days of receiving it, no returns necessary.
To start a refund, email us at daniel.richtand@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll review it and do our best to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is missing, incorrect, or damaged. We'll evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, we’ll issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
